Copper Bonded Earth Rod
Manufactured from high tensile low carbon steel by forming threads on hydraulic roll threading machine to ensure strength. Rods are electroplated with copper of EC Grade. Each Rod is treated with Benzol Triozole derivatives to prevent oxidation of copper bonding. Plating on earth rods is of 20 to 254 microns (as per customer requirement). Threads on rod can be provided either in inches or metric threads (as per customer requirement).

Solid Copper Earth Rod (Externally Threaded)
Pure copper earth rods for use where extreme soil condition such as high salt or moisture content demands high corrosion resistance and exceptionally long life of rods. Copper Earth Rods are made from high conductivity and avoid the risk of chipping while driving the rods in the ground.

The rods are manufactured with internal tapping. The internally tapped rods are used along with driving bolt, dowel and driving tip.

Stainless Steel Earth Rod
Stainless Steel Earth Rods are used where galvanic corrosion is likely to affect earth rods due to dissimilar buried proximity as copper earth rods are more vulnerable to galvanic corrosion. Stainless Steel rods are more anodic than copper and are more effective against corrosion problem. These rods manufactured from austenitic stainless steel of SS304 and SS316 grade.
